Hei Healthy!

I have been tring different stuff! But How do you figure out what is your strong point and what will work for you?

I follow the Law of 100.

If you want to get better at anything, do it 100 times—then judge yourself.

  • Want to be a YouTuber? → Make 100 videos.

  • Want to be a writer? → Write 100 newsletters.

  • Want to change a habit? → Repeat it 100 times.

I’ve decided: I will make 100 videos first, and only after that will I judge myself.

My journey:

  • Video #1: 6 Tools I Use DailyJust started.

  • Video #2: Nano Banana → Add a funny hook.

Each time, the goal is simple: improve a little.

Healthy

Taking care of yourself is one of the best things you can do. Think about it—if you have tons of money but poor health, you can’t enjoy any of it. That’s why proper nutrition, recovery, and self-care matter so much.

You don’t need a million dollars to enjoy life. What you already have, and what you choose to do with it, can be enough to make life meaningful.

Taking Care of Myself

This week, I decided to take better care of myself. One step I took: I bought Minoxidil.

Why? Because looking better helps me feel better—and confidence often starts with how you see yourself.

The interesting part? I didn’t go to a doctor. Instead, I asked an AI agent (ChatGPT) and did my research. It gave me the pros, cons, and whether I could use it safely.

Here’s the exact prompt I used:

“I am 22 years old. I have very little beard on my face. I would like to grow a beard.”

“Should I use Minoxidil and a derma roller?”

(Pro tip: try the Agent mode—it’s pretty wild!)

Wealthy

I love asking myself: What kind of life do I want 5 or 10 years from now? It’s a simple question, but it keeps me honest. Am I spending my time on things that actually move me toward that life? Or am I just drifting?

Right now, every action—small or big—shapes that future. Creating, learning, taking care of myself, even the habits I build daily, all add up. The truth is, 10 years later isn’t some random accident; it’s built from today’s choices. So I keep asking: Will this help me reach the life I really want?

As a result, I want to build someting cool and I started side project as well!

WISE

I love to experiment and learn new things! At the same time, I’m practicing leadership—figuring out how to manage people and bring out the best in them. It’s a journey, and every week I try to push myself a little further.

This week, I shared something practical: 6 AI tools I use every day. These tools make my work smoother, faster, and more creative. The cool part? Each one teaches me a new way to think and work smarter.

Learning, leading, and creating—that’s the combo I’m building my future on.
